How many times have you posted a role on Discord and watched it vanish in two hours? Or paid 60 to 100 dollars on a generic job board to get applications from people who didn't read the brief? You're hiring for a project, not a job description. Your project page tells makers what they'd actually be building. We put both in the same place.

Project page with cover image, gallery, devlogs, genre tags, current state. Players can follow without signing up. Becomes the page you link from Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Bluesky.
Applications open a thread between you and the maker. No application templates, no recruiter middlemen. Mark as not relevant without burning the conversation.
Every devlog goes out to your followers. They can subscribe by email or follow in-app. Wishlist conversion starts here, months before your Steam page is live.
Rev-share is a first-class compensation type on Crewforge. Makers explicitly looking for rev-share work can filter for you. You declare the percentage range up front so applications are aligned.
We don't sign, fund, distribute, or take royalties. Your projects, your IP, your decisions. We just host the page and the people.
If you recognise yourself in any of these, this platform is built for you.
1 to 3 people, has a prototype, knows they need an artist or composer, has €0 to spend, will offer rev-share or credit. The most common Crewforge studio.
Small team (still under 20), shipped something, building the next thing pre-Steam. Needs followers more than money. Crewforge hosts the audience-building before there's anything to sell.
Placed in a jam, wants to turn the prototype into a real release, needs to formalise the team and start a public audience. Crewforge takes you from jam build to wishlist drive.
Nothing. Posting roles, hosting projects, getting applications, building followers - all free. We do not charge studios. See our FAQ for the long version.
Yes. Rev-share is a first-class compensation type with its own filter on the maker side. Declare the percentage range and base up front in the role; makers filtering for rev-share will see you.
No. A studio profile is a name + a project. You can be a partnership, a sole trader, or just two people with a Github repo. If you incorporate later, you can update the profile.
Yes. Studios can have multiple members, each with their own profile, each able to manage roles and devlogs.
Two minutes. Then you can post your first role.
